“We just got home a week ago and this was our third stay. The hotel was just as we remembered. Great service, great view from our balcony overlooking the beautiful water and beach of Waikiki. The breakfast buffet at Duke’s restaurant was great. The staff was great from the doorman, check-in staff, restaurant staff, concierge to the housecleaning staff. We came to celebrate our 31st anniversary and had a great time! Thanks for your warm hospitality!
“Perfect stay! Room was very clean and newly renovated. No problem with construction, very relaxing. Great location- walking distance to restaurants, shopping and beautiful boardwalk along the beach. The staff were amazing!!! I can’t say enough about them- very friendly, professional and accommodating. Especially John who runs the valet, he and his crew treated us like family. We appreciated the prompt service as well as suggestions and interest in where we were going. Thank you!!!”

“A stellar staff … The Front desk was over and above a gold standard service. Donna & Verlyn from the front desk were the 2 distinct staff members who I’d always fondly remember. A smooth and early check in, provided us resort swags. Donna understood our requirements and provided us with just the right room. My wife and kids were so impressed with the room provided and the with level of service. I don’t remember the name of the Valet staff member (A gentleman who works around 10-11 am time frame). A truly awesome person that took care of our onboarding experience during our stay like luggage storage and valet parking. It made us feel valued. It almost felt like each and every staff member of the resort had customer service mindset engrained in the work they do. You all are awesome!!“

“I wasn’t sure about where to stay in Honolulu for the first time, but I am so glad we stayed [here.] … Honestly, the customer service provided by Angelica made this trip and experience incredible though. Normally, we rarely meet staff (and even more rare, a manager!) that truly cares to make their guests’ visit the best it can be. However, here the staff is SO kind and warm, and Angelica (the best manager) went above and beyond to accommodate my mom and me in the best room available and worked with us when we decided to stay here for the entirety of our trip, due to the wonderful service we have had here. I never write reviews, but did for this hotel because that’s how happy I am with the experience. I will never forget this trip. Thank you so much, Angelica and everyone- you are the best! Future travelers- book here, 10/10 experience!“

“This is my second time staying here, and I am still amazed by the location. As a surfer, it makes it incredibly easy to reach the beach with my board in a matter of moments. To add, one of the gentlemen named Johnathan was more than a kind host and helped grab my board every time. Not only was Johnathan a great helper, but he always made it a point to check in with me, even when I wasn’t surfing. He offered exceptional service while still maintaining a personal touch that made my stay 10x better. Thank you for the wonderful stay and Johnathan made it feel like a home away from home.“

“This is the best place we stayed in Waikiki; we just keep coming back here; it’s close to everything, it is a very happy place, and we enjoyed listening to the live music from Duke’s every night in our balcony. Ligaya from service desk is excellent, great costumer service, very fast & efficient.”

“My trip to Waikiki became more exciting because of the amazing services offered by Outrigger. I’m so glad I’d get to know more about the culture of Hawaii such as stringing flower leis and learning to play the ukulele. If you fancy Hawaiian Music, you’d also get to experience that in Outrigger. Yes, all those are possible without having to leave the resort! …Overall, Outrigger is the main highlight of our Waikiki Trip!“
“…As we drove up to the valet he greeted us with a smile and opened our doors for us, so already we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere right off the bat. As I walked towards the front desk I was blown away by the beautiful lobby, it was a nice wide open space with a beautiful patio and the pool was just a few steps away as well. Check-in went smoothly and it was time to go up to our room…Every single person who helped us out or served us had the “Aloha Spirit”. We really felt welcomed there. I never felt scared to ask for help because all the staff members were so kind.

The staff did a great job! This hotel is our home for 8 days and I would say, it’s a home away from home! Great service! We arrived early, with great smile of welcoming us and they get us into our room immediately, we don’t need to wait for 3 pm check in. Ken made a great effort to research a restaurant so we can celebrate our son’s birthday. Victor this guy is awesome, he gives information where to go, how to go to different place using public transportation., rent a car and directions. Victor is like a father who always shows his concern to all visitors. He never fails to do it everyday. Manny and Pam always greet us HELLO with a smile.
By the way, the location is excellent! Accessible to all, restaurants, beach, church, grocery, shopping and more. One more thing, our departure is late night, still they allow us to stay using their hospitality room. Again, thank you!!!!you made our stay safe, comfortable and memorable!

“Amazing service, nothing is too much trouble, rooms are beautiful, good size for resort room, breakfast excellent, coffee great. location could not be better, Staff are above exceptional , reception staff are so helpful, we spoke to Michael re forms we needed printed and it was done immediately. any request was met with super efficiency Bell boys were amazing, I think this could have been the best service I have ever received. first time there and I am platinum with another company and this service was far superior. even the house keeper was amazing, nothing too much trouble, would select this hotel any day
Exceptional service by Denise and the team. They look after you from the time of your booking. The hotel is older but the location is perfect for everything you want to do and see. Raymond… concierge is a legend, he’s been there since the dawn of time, knows everyone, and will go out of his way to help you. Every morning there’s the Aloha Shaka sign and a what’s on for today. My family loves this guy, he is so kind to us and all the guests really. Need a restaurant booking, he will suggest and make it for you, taxi, bus trip or shuttle, nothing is a problem for this guy. Thanks to all the staff, we love coming here and after 20 years we will still keep coming here. Mahalo
