Vida Health is a free benefit through OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels, which gives you access to a coach who can help you feel happier and healthier. All hosts, their spouses/domestic partners and dependents 18+ enrolled in the HMSA medical plan that have been diagnosed with diabetes are eligible for Vida health coaching at no charge.
Vida works with you to tailor a plan to fit your specific needs, helping with goals like losing weight, managing or preventing diabetes, improving nutrition and exercise, and lowering your blood pressure or cholesterol.

OUTRIGGER partners with Hello Heart to provide eligible hosts and their family members enrolled in an HMSA medical plan a special health monitoring opportunity. Hello Heart empowers people to understand and improve their heart health using technology and behavioral science by providing a simple, effective and convenient way for hosts to manage their high blood pressure and/or diabetes.
Hosts, spouses and dependents (18+) enrolled in an HMSA medical plan and who have high blood pressure (readings of 130/80 or above, or those taking blood pressure medication) and/or have type 2 diabetes are eligible to participate in this special program.

Hello Heart is a lifesaver! I asked about Hello Heart when I was diagnosed with a heart problem a couple of months ago.
It is a little compact blood pressure machine. Just add the Hello Heart application to your phone.
The Hello Heart machine takes your blood pressure and it goes directly to your phone. You do not need to write anything down. It can store a month of blood pressure at a time. This is so convenient, when having to show your blood pressure numbers to your doctor. You can print, email or fax this information to your doctor. This machine can even detect irregular heartbeats! Hello Heart can track your weight, activity, cholesterol and has reminders to take your medication.
Thanks to OUTRIGGER and Hello Heart, I know what my numbers are every day, so I can be a healthy as possible.
I love the Hello Heart program! At no cost to me, I received my Hello Heart monitor in the mail and started using it daily to track my high blood pressure. The first day I used my monitor my blood pressure was 160/110. In the beginning I didn’t feel defeated with my high blood pressure numbers because of the reassurance I got from using my monitor and seeing my blood pressure numbers daily. I followed my monitor’s many suggestions on improving my blood pressure numbers by reducing my salt intake, 30 minute walking, being mindful and appreciating things that make me happy – I even learned how to get a restful night’s sleep too! After three weeks of using my Hello Heart monitor daily and taking my high blood pressure medication on schedule as recommended by my monitor and doctor, I successfully lowered my blood pressure to 120/79! If you have a history of high blood pressure, I strongly urge you to join the Hello Heart program and make a difference in taking care of your heart and self for a healthy happy future.

OUTRIGGER’s larger properties recognize a Host of the Month for excellence in living and sustaining The OUTRIGGER Way. These hosts are then eligible for the Host of the Quarter Award.

All properties recognize a Host of the Quarter for excellence in living and sustaining The OUTRIGGER Way. Host of the Quarter honorees are then eligible to be nominated for their property’s Host of the Year Award.
Host of the Year
At the end of the year, each property recognizes a Host of the Year honoree for excellence in living and sustaining The OUTRIGGER Way. All property honorees are automatically submitted for the OUTRIGGER Host of the Year Award. Two Hosts of the Year, one for Hotels and one for Vacation Ownership properties – are honored at The OUTRIGGER Way Awards, an annual, global celebration of OUTRIGGER hosts.
